Terms and Conditions
Intermediary terms for helicopter charter
1. Provider and Scope
These terms apply to the use of the website https://helicoptercharter.one and to the brokering of helicopter charter flights by CXMXO UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hansaring 1, 50670 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter the “Intermediary”). The Intermediary is not an air carrier and does not operate any flights itself.
2. Role of the Intermediary
The Intermediary solely establishes contact between the customer and the operator (lead brokering). It does not operate flights, does not accept bookings, does not grant options or reservations, and does not process any payments. The quote, booking, payment and performance of the flight take place exclusively between the customer and the operator named in the quote; the operator's terms apply to the carriage.
3. Request and Quote
A request submitted via the website is non-binding and constitutes neither a booking nor a reservation. Prices and flight times on the website are indicative. The operator prepares a quote after checking the aircraft, landing sites, permits and availability. A contract of carriage is concluded only between the customer and the operator.
4. Weather, Permits and Changes
Helicopter flights depend on weather and permits. The pilot in command or the operator decides whether a flight can be performed. Changes and cancellations are governed by the operator's terms.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Payment and cancellation terms are set out in the operator's quote. No payments are processed via this website.
6. Liability
The Intermediary is liable for brokering the contact, not for the quote, price, performance or cancellation of the flight. It is liable for intent and gross negligence and for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, and liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), remain unaffected. The operator is liable for the performance of the flight in accordance with statutory and contractual provisions.
7. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
8. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Cologne. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Version: October 2026.
